NMIMS sought a new identity that reflected its evolution into a global, multi-disciplinary university.

dCell created a logo blending Indian heritage with global ambition, using the elephant as a symbol of strength and intelligence. The identity unifies four elements: the elephant (wisdom), bars (books), a red quadrant (passion), and a laurel wreath (achievement). The result is a modern emblem that reflects the university’s values and its commitment to excellence in education—establishing NMIMS as a progressive force on the international academic stage.
